I look forward to Team Meetings...they are fun and they motivate team members. It is important as a leader to have content worth traveling for included in your meeting. Team members need a good agenda, need fun, need motivations and recognition as well. It is also a great place to meet your new rep, by inviting them to the meeting. So, attend your local meeting this month. Your sponsors are working so hard to make these meetings worth while.
